Through a wide range of mixed media, the exhibition TIDAL IMPRESSIONS – Composite Horizons from the West Coast explores the dynamic processes, complex ecologies, and shifting landscapes of the Wadden Sea, driven by a deep fascination with the forces of nature and personal experiences gathered through field studies.
These are perspectives and impressions in which the entanglement of natural and human processes merges into new understandings of landscape. Together, the exhibition spans scientific investigations and artistic interpretations, with its many elements forming a composite picture of a tidal and seascape in constant motion.
